A key factor in the design of our state-of-the art manufacturing facility several years ago was the ability to constantly monitor our processes to improve operational performance, productivity and efficiency by reducing costs, energy consumption, waste and pollution.
Respected in the industry for quality, service and innovation we have expanded our knowledge of high-performance exterior coatings and developed a new line of interior Green Friendly Paints (GFP) that comply to the strictest regulations currently in place for LEED and MPI standards.

INNOVATIVE GREEN THINKING
Over time, global warming has had an increasingly negative impact on the environment and our population. Our responsibility to our environment begins with our wastewater treatment equipment, which is comprised of dual ten-thousand gallon storage tanks that where installed when the facility was Initially constructed. Wastewater is collected via drains and sent through filters which separate the water from the mixed sand. The water is then sent through filtering equipment which deans the water, which is then pumped back through our hoses for use in production of materials and cleaning of various tanks and equipment. The mixed sand is also accumulated through a series of complex filters which deans and divides the sand accordingly. The separated sand is then stored in reusable totes, until it is required for the manufacturing of our various products.
The employment of recycled materials in our processes evidences DuROCKS commitment to sustainability and soda) responsibility. Our innovation has raised the standards in the industry, as a result; our cost savings are reinvested into our research and development division, allowing us to continue to develop breakthrough, eco-friendly products. We will be the first coatings manufacturing company to become carbon neutral!
